HFMD (again)

Dear DD
This year, you succumbed to this disease again. 2 years in a row.
We had to isolate you from the rest of your siblings and placed you under the care of Grandma in Tampines.
Papa and Mummy took turns to visit you every night after work.
Our house was kinda quiet without your chatter and laughter.
Everyone was glad when you came home after 5 days away.

One good thing came out of this incident. You became potty trained in the day time as a result of those painful and itchy rashes you developed at your nappy area. It was simply too hot and unbearable for you to be in disposables diapers all the time. You requested to wear undies and remembered to ask Grandma to bring you to the toilet each time. Well done, my baby boy.

Dear NN You are really a daredevil when it comes to swimming. You had managed to swim 2-3 m all by yourself in the 1.2mD pool only not too long ago. And when Papa and Mummy brought you to Wild Wild Wet on your birthday, you were totally at ease and fearless in water, regardless of whether you were wearing the life jacket. Yesterday afternoon, you managed to swim the whole lap of the pool downstairs, to and fro, with intermediate stops while Papa swam next to you. It was really a feat for a little girl like you. Really well done!
However, Mummy is actually quite worried about your level of confidence (or over-confidence) in your water skills. Hence the only way to protect you is to equip you with adequate water safety knowledge and swimming skills.

Loss of the 1st Milk Tooth

The day you lost your 1st Milk Tooth.
Your central bottom Incisor.
It was also one of the 1st Milk Teeth which had sprouted then.
The pretty Baby Tooth Album Memory Book which Mummy got for all 4 of you had came in handy and just in time. :)

Nicolle's 4th Birthday Celebration in Sch

Dear NN
We celebrated your birthday in your presch on the actual day.
Papa and Mummy got you a big big cake this year! Simply because you wanted that disney princess cake, and it only came in min size of 3kg! Abit silly right? But it was worth it when we saw your face lit up at the sight of the cake. :)
We were slightly late for the celebration this year, and all your little classmates and teachers were already waiting in the classroom when we rushed into the classroom. (yeah, we really cheong in. looks like our family is always rushing for time nowadays..)

Nicolle's 4th Birthday Celebration at Home

Dear NN
You are going to be 4 yrs old soon. Time really flies...

Cake at PoPo's House
Papa and Mummy bought you a Swensens' Ice Cream Cake and we had an early celebration at PoPo's house on Saturday. It was your all time favorite disney characters, Monsters Inc. Could see that you and your 2 brothers enjoyed the cake very much.

BBQ Session
Mummy had a bbq session on Sunday with Mummy's colleagues. Even though it was more of a gathering and not really meant as a celebration for your coming 4th birthday, all the aunties and uncles showered you with birthday presents. You really had a great time playing with all the kids that day.
